Forest Products Export Standards - Phytosanitary Requirements of Papua New Guinea

Fumigation Fumigated with methyl bromide of 48 gm/m3 for 24 hours at minimum temperature of 21°C. Refer to Australian requirements for temperatures below 21°C.

Logs heat sterilised as part of the production process can be declared as heat sterilised on the phytosanitary certificate provided the minimum temperatures and times in the table below are met or exceeded.
