The Animal Products Notice - Specifications for Laboratories provides requirements for recognised laboratories under the Animal Products Act 1999.
The transport and wharves regulated control scheme notices have been revised to reflect new changes and the number of notices have been reduced from 3 to 2 by combining the requirements for transport and wharves (handling).
This document contains provisions for a partial waiver on the following levies payable under the Animal Products (Fees, Charges, and Levies) Regulations 2007.
a) annual levy for hides and skins processors
b) annual levy for dual operator butchers
