Strategy and Plan
MPI’s 2022-2024 Action Plan outlines our progress made to date and the next steps to accelerate this progress aligned with Kia Toipoto (Public Service Pay Gaps Action Plan). MPI’s first Gender Pay Action Plan was developed in 2018. As well as gender, MPI has a strengthened focus on understanding and addressing the drivers of Māori, Pacific Peoples and other ethnic pay gaps. MPI’s 2022-2024 Action Plan will build on the success of our previous plan, with a focus on monitoring the impact of our actions, embedding previous gains and identifying how we can accelerate progress across existing and new priority areas.
