Download Conditions of Recognition (Agencies recognised to perform verification functions and activities under the Wine Act 2003)

These conditions are issued pursuant to section 76 of the Wine Act 2003 and are standard conditions attached to the recognition of any agency that is recognised to perform verification functions and activities under the Wine Act. These conditions may be revoked, amended or added to by the Director-General as provided for by section 76.
