Food control plans (FCPs) for seafood
Depending on their business activities, fish processors that are exempt from operating under a risk management programme (RMP) must operate under an FCP.
Who has a a food control plan (FCP)
If you only operate as a fish retailer, or a fish retailer and wholesaler, then you can carry out the primary processing of the fish under the Food Act using a template FCP.
To qualify for the exemption, you must not export any fish.
