UHT processing and aseptic packaging

6 August to 10 August 2018 – Auckland

DWC FoodTech is running 2 courses on the same dates – one for approved persons and another for operators and supervisors.

The approved persons' course is for those involved with the development, validation, and control of UHT processing and aseptic packaging of low-acid and acid foods and beverages. People who pass this course will meet the requirement under the Animal Products Notice: Specifications for Products Intended for Human Consumption for people involved in developing and validating UHT processes, and for recognised evaluators under the Food Act 2014.

The operators and supervisors' course is for those involved with the development, verification, maintenance, and operation of UHT processing and aseptic packaging of low-acid and acid foods and beverages. It is less demanding than the approved persons' course.
