Code of practice and operational code for honey and bee products

The bee Code of Practice (COP) sets the operational code for edible bee product, including honey, secondary processing. This covers extracting honey and processing, packing, and storing honey, dried pollen, and other edible bee products.

Note:
The honey and bee product code of practice is being updated. Parts 1–4 are now obsolete and we've removed them from the site. Part 5 is still current, but is currently under review.

See the consultation on the code for more information.
