Code of Practice for bee products

The bee Code of Practice sets requirements for businesses involved in the secondary processing of edible bee products. This covers the extraction of honey and the processing, packing, and storage of honey, dried pollen, and other edible bee products.

Note:
The honey and bee product code of practice is being updated. Parts 1–4 are now obsolete and we've removed them from the site. Part 5 is still current, but is currently under review.

See the consultation on the code for more information.
