Allowed if: It has been commercially processed or mounted so it is free of adherent fat, muscle, sinew, blood, extraneous organic material, pest infestation, evidence of decay, and a high standard of whiteness (if applicable).

Some animal items are protected under a Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES), like coral, birds of prey, crocodiles, sea turtles, snakes, marine mammals, elephants, wolves, lions, tigers, and bears. They may require CITES documentation to be imported or may be prohibited.

Allowed if: It is only from Australia, European Union or New Caledonia. It must also be commercially manufactured and packaged, in its original unopened packaging, have the country of manufacture clearly stated on the packaging, and does not require refrigeration.

Allowed if: It is commercially refined, manufactured, and packaged.
Extra tip: Do not bring unrefined blocks of beeswax, foundation beeswax, honeycomb sheets or equipment that has been used within the beekeeping industry, like a smoker or bee suit.
