This guidance document explains the Ministry for Primary Industries' (MPI) expectations for couriers transporting and handling animal products for export requiring an official assurance under the Regulated Control Scheme (RCS) - Transportation and Handling of Products for Export with an Official Assurance Notice

The transport and wharves regulated control scheme notices have been revised to reflect new changes and the number of notices have been reduced from 3 to 2 by combining the requirements for transport and wharves (handling).
