Proposed Labelling Requirements for Export Infant Formula, Follow-on Formula, and Formulated Supplementary Foods for Young Children

As part of the infant formula market assurance programme, announced by the Minister for Food Safety in June 2013, this paper proposes minimum labelling requirements for all retail-ready infant formula, follow-on formula, and formulated supplementary foods for young children intended for export from New Zealand (other than to Australia).
