About this consultation
This was a joint consultation run by the Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI) and the Ministry for the Environment (MfE)
As part of the Resource Management (Stock Exclusion) Regulations 2020, we introduced a map that identified low slope land across New Zealand. Feedback had shown the map included low intensity farms not intended to be captured by the regulations. We asked for your feedback on a range of options to address the issue.
