Use this form to apply for recognition as a laboratory for wine testing activities under section 74 of the Wine Act 2003.
Use this form to notify MPI that you produce less than 20 000L of wine over a two year period and do not export any wine.

Wine CNC/ENC – notification guidance
In special circumstances of death, bankruptcy, receivership or liquidation of an operator of a wine standards management plan, a new plan must be registered.
Use this form to apply for agency under section 70 of the Wine Act 2003 to carry out verification functions and activities or other specialist functions and activities.
Use this form to apply for recognition under the Wine Act 2003 to carry out wine verification activities and functions.

Use this form when the only change to the wine standards management plan is a change of operator.
