What is ACVM export certification?
Some overseas markets require us to issue certification for agricultural compounds and veterinary medicines (ACVMs). The certificate may assist you to export products overseas.
Products can be certified if they are registered under ACVM legislation.
Products that aren't registered
Unregistered products can still be certified if they are exempt from registration.
Certificate of Compliance for Agricultural Compounds
A certificate of compliance is issued by MPI. It states that the product complies with ACVM Act 1997 requirements. Exporters should be familiar with section 35A (3) of the Act regarding the limitations of certificates.
