We've developed a risk management strategy which aims to contain Listeria levels by working with industry to develop control measures.

Our approach is to:
- estimate the proportion of cases of listeriosis attributable to foods
- identify, implement, and evaluate effective control measures.
The outputs of the strategy included results from the research projects. We also produced resources to assist food operators, third party auditors, evaluators, and food safety consultants. These can be found on the industry guidance page.
