This notice specifies the requirements that must be followed in order to receive an official assurance to accompany exported animal material or animal products within the scope of the Animal Products Act 1999 (the Act).
The purpose of this Notice is to specify general requirements that apply to the export of chicken day-old chicks and fertile eggs from a premise with a Risk Management Programme (RMP).
The Operational Code is guidance material containing the recommended standards for exporters of live poultry.
