Dairy risk management programme templates

This document provides an overview of:
 the Risk Management Programme Template for Farm Dairies - Export Eligible Milk (The RMP
Template);
 the documents that comprise the template;
 any supporting documents and guidance; and
 the requirements of the legislation.
This document also provides guidance on completing the Risk Management Programme (RMP)
Template. This explains the additional:
 farm dairy water requirements;
 the application of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP); and
 identification and control of risk factors associated with wholesomeness, labelling, representation and eligibility.
