Developing your food recall plan
Your food business should have a recall plan in place. Use these documents to help develop your plan.
MPI's recall guide contains comprehensive procedures and responsibilities for recalls, as well as a recall plan template that you can tailor for your business. It's a good idea to include it in your food control plan or risk management programme.

It's also useful to include the recall hazard/risk analysis form in your plan. If you ever need to conduct a food recall, this form helps you prepare information for MPI:
