Hoshi brand Otsumami Fish Snack (Original Flavour and Herbal Flavour)
Update on 21 January 2020: This recall has been extended. It now includes Hoshi brand Otsumami Fish Snack (Original Flavour) due to the presence of undeclared allergens (gluten and soy). The list of undeclared allergens affecting Hoshi brand Otsumami Fish Snack (Herbal Flavour) has also been extended to include gluten and soy (in addition to peanuts). All batches and all dates of the products are affected.
17 January 2020: Soung Yueen & Co Ltd is recalling specific batches of Hoshi brand Otsumami Fish Snack (herbal flavour) due to the presence of an undeclared allergen (peanuts).

The products are sold in 110g or 125g clear plastic packages.
The products are imported from Thailand.
The products are sold in ethnic grocery stores in Auckland, Hamilton, and Dunedin.
The products have not been re-exported from New Zealand.
This recall does not affect any other Hoshi brand products.
People with a gluten, peanut or soy allergy or intolerance should not consume these products. If you have consumed any of these products and have any concerns about your health, seek medical advice.
Affected customers should return the products to their retailer for a full refund.
