About the portal
The New Zealand Established Pests Portal brings together information on introduced established pests under management in New Zealand. Introduced established pests are those that are not native to New Zealand but have arrived and become established here. They include plants, animals, insects, and other organisms.
The portal is a comprehensive collection of pest management data. It is to enable collaboration between citizen scientists, researchers, and government agencies to protect New Zealand's biodiversity and industries.
