The aim of the current project was to develop the science for the localised control of aquatic weeds in lakes or reservoirs and to provide a tool for dealing with localised incursions before they spread. Specifically, the project aimed to determine the optimal stocking density of grass carp required to remove hornwort in a contained environment within a two month period.
