This form is for beekeepers who wish to supply honey to a risk management programme (RMP) premises for the purpose of export to countries for which official assurances are required.

This application for country listing is to be completed when an overseas market access requirement (OMAR) requires listing of bee product premises.

Processing categories are used to aid in the registration of a Risk Management Programme or Amendment to a RMP as required under sections 20 and 25 of the Animal Products Act 1999 (APA) and for the purposes of review and/or update as required under section 26 of the APA.

This application is for a Free Sale Certificate.

Manufacturers needing a free sale certificate for export must sign this declaration that their product meets requirements of the Food Act & related regulations.


Animal Product exporters are required under section 51 of the APA to advise MPI of any export non-conformances (as defined under section 51 of the APA).

Use this form if you are a secondary processor transferring bee products to another processor.

Section 20(3)(a) of the Animal Products Act 1999 (“the Act”) empowers the Director-General of MPI to waive or modify the requirement that an application to register a risk management programme must be accompanied by an independent evaluation report where the proposed programme is fully based on a template, model or code of practice approved under section 12(3A) of the Act.
