Get started learning the basics of food safety
This series of learning modules covers good food safety practice. However, the information in the modules is provided for general educational purposes only. While every effort has been made to ensure the information in these modules is accurate, it isn't legal advice, nor does it cover all requirements of applicable laws like the Food Act 2014.
Once you have finished each module, you will be able to print a certificate of completion. Each module must be completed in one sitting because you will not be able to save your progress once you have started.
