- government information
- business development support
- investment.
Our main funding programme is the Wood Processing Growth Fund (WPGF). The WPGF helps wood processors increase our onshore wood processing capacity.
Other funding sources and programmes available
On this page, you can find information on the main funding programmes run by the Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI). You can also find programmes run by our partners in government and the private sector that support forestry and wood processing. Different programmes fund different stages of business development. We have grouped the programmes into 3 sections:
- help with business development and raising capital
- funding for feasibility studies and research
- funding for new products and infrastructure.
