The action plan descriptions set out the strategic intent of each action and how success will be measured.

3. Tell us about your work
The work capture form gathers information that will increase the visibility of work contributing to the action plan. By registering your work, you’ll create connections and opportunities for collaboration. Before submitting a form, make sure whoever is leading the work is happy for you to share it.
