Use this form to list as a homekill and recreational catch service provider for the first time, make changes, or cancel your listing.
Listing is valid for 1 year. Before your renewal date, you will receive an email with instructions on what you need to do to renew.
The cost for a new listing is $272.55 including GST. This includes an application fee of $155.25 including GST and an annual levy of $117.30 including GST. You can pay by credit or debit card or by direct credit. A tax receipt is available on request.
Exemptions
You may be exempted from listing.

Dual operator butchers
Do not complete this form if you are also a retail butcher at the same address where you process homekill. You must register a Risk Management Programme with MPI as a dual operator butcher.
