On-farm verification regulated control scheme notice for European Union market access requirements


Animal product operators (with specified exceptions) are required to implement and maintain, site specific, risk organism response plans.


The purpose of this notice is to exempt animal material and animal products certain requirements in the New Zealand (Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code) Food Standards 2002 where importing country requirements differ from New Zealand requirements.

The purpose of this Notice is to set exogenous contaminant specifications for animal material and animal products intended for human consumption.

The notice exempts specified products from the Animal Products Contaminant Specifications for specified levels of contaminants for export to countries listed in the notice.
